Savannah’s Reach has partnered with CarePortal to serve vulnerable children and families in the Orange County area.

CarePortal provides a simple and strategic opportunity to make an impact that is life-changing and measurable. It is a technology connecting platform that brings the needs of hurting children and families in our community to our attention. Caseworkers at government child welfare agencies submit requests through CarePortal which provides a real-time opportunity to respond. Meeting these needs in turn help prevent a child from entering foster care, help adoptive families and support youth aging out of the foster care system. We believe the connections this tool provides can change lives, transform communities and reverse the foster care crisis.
